Re: irregular pulsing high left rib area - what is this?
Hi,
Yes you are spot on....it is the bra band area (and i am female!). As it happens it seems to have disappeared. The day i had it really bad it was twitching/pulsing constantly in the end. It did not correolate to my pulse, i had tested that straight away.
Out of interest i did a google search and was coming to the conclusion that i had trapped a nerve. There is a name given to this particular nerve twitch placement as it occurs more frequently in women 35-55 (im 29). Some women experience this twitch very often. I had it really bad for only a couple of days and was so curious what it was hence my post here.
It seems to tie in with my left hand problems i have been experiencing for about 3 months now. My middle finger alignment has been very weak. I couldn't even lift a plate of food in my left hand due to it. I was concerned it was the beginnings of arthritis, as i would experienced sharp pains running through the knuckle down to my finger. For the past few weeks it has been lessening. I am left handed and it really was becoming quite disabling, i am a pianist and a painter and decorator! Also i was waking up with a numb hand, and have experienced many times, white finger, where the blood, for no reason at all, drains out of my middle finger and ring finger, turns white and numb. I reiki this symptom and the blood returns.
I think overall, the rib twitching and the knuckle pains are related to trapped nerves. How this is occuring i don't know. I do alot of physical work, move my body at strange angles to paint awkward areas!
Could anyone tell me if there is something i can include in my diet (vegan) which will strengthen my nerves and veins? I am open to the idea that i may be missing something nutritionally that could be causing these bizarre, infrequent symptoms.
Sorry this post is long. I'm sure you can appreciate how important it is to join the dots with symptoms :-)
Thankyou for your advice!
Bec.
