I just love how easy the easysprouter is to use.I grow mungbean,alfalfa,lentels,sweetgreen peas and black oil sunflower for eating and blending.The black oil sunflower require a growing medium and sunlight.I had my first sunflower greens yesterday and they added some zip to my green smoothies.I still have some work to do on my growing tech.I got a great deal at sproutamo.com,by purchaseing a 6 pack without individual boxes.This saved me a few bucks by buying direct from the distributer.Sprouting is a great way to get fresh organicaly grown produce that will keep for quite a while if handeled properly.Fresh crops every 3-5 days year round!Sprouts rule!
