Hey ya'll chocolate is only bad in it's processed cooked dairy and sugar laden form. Do yourselves a favor and research "Raw Cacao" which is the nut they "cook" what you know as chocolate. You'll find it's a "super food" containing over 300 components and chock full of antioxidants. I make a morning drink with apple juice, kefir, raw cacao powder which I make fresh by grinding the raw cacao nibs in a coffee mill. Just to kick it up a notch I also add 2 tblsp of hemp oil and Greens plus. This mix is absolutly delicious and I look forward to it every morning.

My local Whole Foods started carrying a line of raw food products and they have a Cacao and Goji powder mix and I'll be trying that when I get off my current fast.. I'm on day 37. On day 32 I switched from the MC to veggie juices. I did not plan that change but it was a serendipidous happening when I had to leave the house unexpectedly on a dealine job with no time to make the lemonde. I started getting pretty dingy as the day wore on and just went and got some fresh made veggie juice. I was very apprehensive and thought it might make me sick because of the sudden change but within 15 mins or so of having the veggie juice I felt great and energetic with a really nice sense of well being. On the way back home I stocked up on organic veggies cranked up my Champion juicer and have made the full switch to veggie juice.

After 32 days of MC I really feel good about this switch cause I am now infusing my system with some readily assimilable mega nutrition while still remaining in cleansing mode. This is my 8th MC and I'm a 40 day kinda guy but after this pleasant surprise switch I could very well switch my future cleanses to do at least 21 days MC then switch to veggies for another 2 to 3 weeks. I'll prolly go another 2 weeks on my current veggie juice mode. My tentative plan is on the second week I'm thinking of slowly adding Kefir  to start repopulating the intestinal flora
and some hemp oil to get the bile in my liver flowing then end it with a liver flush.

As to the question on the sludge. After day 3 it's prefectly normal to get butt pee only.
