Re: JAB, Caliman, or others: is this a bad mix supplement- wise?

hey--
here's what I've experienced in case it helps others:
I don't drink alcohol so I can't speak on that. I have taken BHT in VCO along with the st. john's wort and sodium ascorbate on an empty stomach and left it that way for several hours...it's never been a problem except for three variables which may or may not have been caused by the BHT combo:
1. had lots of pineapple for breakfast-- too much acid= stomachache. not sure if it was exacerbated by BHT combo.
2. too little coconut oil...I vaguely recall there might have been an ugh feeling in the stomach that wasn't a full blown stomach ache.
3. adding the bht before the VCO was hot enough-- and then cooking it together...smelled funny, didn't taste very different but I think there was some momentary stomach ugh that went away after five minutes.

I'll probably keep the combo as it is so I hope the st. john's and the sodium ascorbate is still useful at that time. I'll just continue dosing other supplements hours later.

thanks and if anyone has anymore info, let me know.
