Re: JAB, Caliman, or others: is this a bad mix supplement- wise?

so then how many hours do I space apart the supplements?

I only had an outbreak once, which is when I first found out I had herpes. I just don't have outbreaks---so I'm not worried about getting them. It's funny, because I know it can be a vicious circle: worry about outbreaks, get outbreaks. I know outbreaks also have physical causes but no matter how bad my diet, or not exercising, or not taking supplements, I just don't get outbreaks. Sometimes I wonder about that, and then start to worry that I'll get one and then I just tell myself to stop. So I'd be extremely surprised if I got an outbreak, even though I was curious if I would when I started BHT, VCO, St. John's Wort, and Vitamin C. I thought a healing crisis was imminent...and yet I've been doing it a week and a half (and I admit, my times of dosage do vary according to when I wake up and when I come in at night, so I understand that affects the efficiency of the supplements.)

Now, going back to my original question-- how long after taking my morning dose can I take my MSM, and my biotin and whatever else I want to take as the mood strikes me?
