Hi, thanks for your reply. Im actually using one of the best brands you can get of coconut oil. It is organic virgin coconut oil and the brand is nui. In fact it is ideal. ideal taste, smell and purity and have been able to even eat it straight from the jar.

I've come to the conclusion that the problem is my own health, not the coconut oil because I stopped it and honestly things really haven't improved. If anything, they've gotten worse this time. So I think it's me. I'm ordering another batch and going to try it again.

you can look up the Nui coconut oil and check it out. It's really hard to figure out what is doing what with my health because I have multiple issues like underlining viral/bacterial infection that I got in 2003 that I never recovered from, and possible jawbone cavitations. All contribute to the problems. So sometimes I just get worse out of the blue and I may blame it on what I'm using at the time, but it may not always be the case. I am starting to think coconut oil is not actually the problem!

thank you again though because you made a valid point. I do know there are some brands of coconut oil that are not the best, but the one I take is certainly not one of them. It is tried and tested and one of the ones that are advocated on a popular Candida Forum .
