I just wonder whether in some people who may have an ongoing problem that could be encouraging continual yeast/bacterial overgrowth if coconut oil could be too strong and may cause a cycle of almost constant die off.
For me I feel that reducing candida by removing food it needs to survive is safer. Coconut oil could be too powerful for me, i don't know. I feel if the underlining issue was removed, that the ongoing bacteria and yeast might then respond far better to more powerful antifungal use and then may effect improvement or even cure.
until then, it seems only to cause constant symptoms with no relief in sight. Either that or I simply have to reduce yeast more midly with diet alone, missing out the coconut oil and then adding it later at a much lower dose.
