Re: hurting yourself vs hurting another

I'd like to offer some different advice.  You are young and frankly in ten years you will probably regret leaving him.  I think you should give the relationship 10 years.

If you leave, what are you going to do?  Are you anxious to leave just to leave?  Do you have a plan for your divorced life?  I suspect that you feel you are missing out on...something.  It is probably a vague feeling.  You may not even know what it is you want.  This is simply the uneasiness of youth.  It passes, whether you stay in the relationship or not. 

You are very lucky.  Not every one has such caring and concerned family.  Not everyone travels with someone they can call their best friend.
