Well after about a week of eating alot of fiber..I am finally regular again!
I guess all it took was my body to get used to fiber and utilizing it effectivly.
As of today I am officialy back on the WD fulltime.I think the problem before was that I was just eating way too much protein and not enough fiber,eventhough i was eating salads,it proved not to be enough. I will still eat plenty of protein but I will make sure to load up on more veggies and fiber as well this time and not just protein.
