for starts before i started to use EVCO i was at 166lb. in about a week after, i was at 168lb. and that with walking 30 minutes everyday.
In addition, i feel my stomach being so full even when i eat very little.
the feeling i get is like i became a baloon...
today i didnt take EVCO and will stop for a few days to see what is the result.
But anyone else had this experience?
