When I first started taking VCO I lost weight, but then again, I was also eating very little and exercising like a mad woman. I was doing some pretty unhealthy things in order to lose weight. I have since stopped all that nonsense and gained all the weight back. I still take VCO 3x a day, but I do feel that my weight has stabilised and I strongly believe that now I am making every effort to take care of myself the healthy way, the weight will fall off again in it's own time. Being healthy is now my number 1 priority, not being pencil thin.
