My kids were the same way last time I did the cleanse. My oldest looked horrified as he ate and I did not. I think he thought I would perish for sure. I used that opportunity to read to them while they ate. Not sure how old your kids are but mine loved it. I picked one of my favorite childhood chapter books and I plan to do the same thing this time. Hang in there...this is a wonderful forum for support and you will benefit so much when you are done with the cleanse!
