Re: life long issues

Hi there Kelley,

Thanks for your advice. I have some new information that coule possibly be of use. I just found out that a co worker of mine has a parent who is an iridologist. She asked her Mom if she would diagnose me for free, considering that I am a friend and all. I went today and instantly she told me that my body was under immense stress and I suffer from adrenal burn out. Do you think iridologist have merit in their diagnosis and would this make sense for my current condition? My understanding is that adrenal burn out is such a vague diagnois that almost anyone with a health problem would have it, but she was very certain that this was my issue. She gave me many names of herbs to take, all of which add up to a lot of money.

What is your opinion on this?

Also, I have a few questions about grains. I am so terrified now of eating starches and grains. Potatoes and corn seem like junk food to me and I have high guilt when ever I do eat them. Same with bread and pasta, even when it is ezekeil- I just found ezekiel pasta at the grocery store.
Do carbs and starches actually serve a purpose in the body and should I feel this guilt for eating these things? It feels like eating only fruits and vegetables is what is healthiest, but realistically I cannot live like that forever.

Thank you for your advice,

Taylor
