Re: life long issues
HI Taylor,
You need to cleanse your body of the toxins that you have stored in your system. The steriods and other medications you have taken have contributed to your liver being overloaded and stressed out. This can lead to the symptoms that you are having now. When the liver gets overloaded your immune system gets weak which could be the contributing to your allergies.
Do my cleanse for 3 months along with the womens support

I would also suggest that you drink lemon water which will encourage cleansing of your liver and colon; drink a glass of warm or hot water with the juice of one lemon first thing in the morning before you brush your teeth, eat, take medication.....Let it be the first thing you do each morning.
I used to struggle with psorasis and seasonal allergies but after a series of cleansing and changing my diet a bit I have been free for almost five years.
Your new eating habits are wonderful I think that it's really great the you are learning to pratice wellness through diet, exercise and body cleansing. You will see positive results in the following months if you stick with it.
You may also have Candida, so many people do, especially if your diet has been poor. You may want to try the anti-Candida diet while you are cleansing so that you can rebalance the flora in your colon and start to absorb the nutrients that you should be getting from your foods. Even if you have cut out the foods that Candida thrives on, you must stick with it for about 3 months to get it under control.
If you need any other tips on how to eat or how to better understand what's good and what's unhealthy I can provide you with some info. Remember the 85% to 15% rule; if you eat healthy 85% of the time then eating the foods that are your favorites 15% of the time doesn't effect you, but if you swtich it around you aren't accomplishing anything positve with only 15% of a healthy lifestyle, you might as well not bother. Keeping this in mind you can enjoy foods you like on a regular basis, just in moderation. You don't have to feel like you are being punished or deprived of the things you enjoy. You can also learn healthier ways to prepare the foods you like.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Namaste,
Kelley
