the vast majority of the product you linked is magnesium oxide, which is not very absorbed. it essentially breaks down into elemental magnesium which is not well absorbed. same with ES, the sulphur and magnesium bond is not strong and it breaks down into elemental mag and sulfur.

minerals are best absorbed when bound to an acid in my opinion.

i would rather use this, from that same store, just a bit more
