HCl production for Digestive system

And "Belief" and "Fact" may be two Different things !
I keep saying that but in the ML universe facts do not matter.
HCL, what does it stand for ?
In chemistry it does not stand for hydrogen chloride, what he is looking for is HCl
CL= Chloride !
Wrong. Cl (little “l”), and it represents Chlorine not Chloride
HCL= Hydrochloric Acid !
Wrong, HCl is hydrogen chloride, H+Cl-(aq) is is hydrochloric acid
HCL is "NOT" made with Calcium or Magnesium or Sodium or Potassium or even Iodine as someone has so Grandly Proclaimed it to be !
Wrong again. Without Potassium the parietal cells could not produce HCl. It happens like this. Parietal cells use a membrane protein called K+/H+ ATPase to exchange K+ for H+ (really H3O+), it swaps potassium ions outside the cell for hydrogen ions inside the cell. While this is happening, by way of chloride channels, Cl is leaking out as it is exchanged for bicarbonate ions, the net result is that a H+ , Cl- go into the stomach. An animation of this process can be seen here.
Surely it could not be so Simple, could it ?
Well its not. Read the simplified explanation above, check the links or read a book on the subject. It is not simple at all.
So, the body may be able to produce HCL when it has the needed ingredients of Hydrogen and Chloride !
Wrong, meaningless and tautologous. First the body needs more than H, and Cl, it also needs K and ATP.
Another meaningless statement that seems to contain wisdom. “We may be able to produce steel when we have the needed ingredients” , “We may be able to make apple pies if we have the needed ingredients” Really can anything be made without the “needed ingredients” by definition they are needed, if we could do without they would not be needed.
