I really don't know what any of the regulars on the Iodine forum are doing; I can't recall ever asking anyone about their personal regimens. You may want to go over there and ask, I bet you would get your answer.

Meantime, my writing above another original piece to my knowledge; I've never seen anyone else make the connnection between acidic bodily fluids and poisoning of bodily enzymes, and remedy for acidity via iodine. You saw it here first. Tweet
