Re: trauma and hair loss.

The first time I experienced Alocecia was after my fiancee called off our wedding just two weeks before the event. Naturally I was devestated and it showed in my hair.
The second time I experienced Alopecia was after the birth of my first son, but the hair came back on it's own. For the last 6 years I have been using 5% minoxidil and it worked well. Whenever I stopped using it, the hair would fall out again. But after 6 years of using it, it has stopped being as effective. I have since stopped using it altogether in the hope that OP will stop the "fall". I couldn't say for sure that it has stopped, but it has slowed, and I hope in time to even regrow what has been lost.

I have also started taking biotin and using amla oil to help things along. Giving up shampoo's with SLS is also key to healthy hair.
