I didn't notice any mention of God or spirituality in your healing journey. Unfortunately most holistic practitioners tend to mention diet as the most important, lifestyle/behavioral changes secondarily, and God and faith last. In my personal experience the true order is totally the opposite of that.

I also noticed you claim all your friends are married, have good careers, etc. and are living some sort of easy fantasy life. Nobody in this world is free of pain, don't let your own pain and concerns blind you to the suffering of others. If anything, let it teach you to be infinitely merciful and forgiving.

My recommendation is that you take a day to fast. Drink only water, as your body needs it and your intuition guides you to. Spend this day praying for understanding and wisdom regarding your life while out in nature, as unclothed as possible. Take some time to meditate on all the happy moments of your life.

I myself have up to this point never gone a full day of water only fasting. However I do find your predicament saddening. Two days from now I will go on a one day water only fast with the prayer and intent that any favor and blessings bestowed from God for that sacrifice be given to you in some way.
