Hi FF and thanks for the tips again

I have been taking vit K 500 mcg daily for 21 months now(part of the healing proccess for colitis)
I also eat 1-2 apples daily.I somewhen drank cabbege juice but it gave me extreme gas, so I discontinued that.I know the benefits of this juice(high L-glutamine content).If only I could drank it.

The juice fast would be great but at another time point.Not right now.I now follow a programe and don't want to disrupt it
At the moment I'm gonna take that oil from amoils.com and see what I will achieve.
I have read also about a homeopathic suppository called Avenoc from Boiron.Do you know anything about that?
