actually, i understand jcrow perfectly. his market is for people who low dose. so he is in the uninviable position of promoting a product and promoting caution about it at the same time. he hangs tenaciously to his justifications. yet, he is one of us and he has Lugols for sale, both good reasons for him to hang with us.

frankly, if i was going to micro-supplement, it would be with that detoxified version. otherwise, i think iodoral is better if youre going to spend that kind of money on it. better find a barrel of Lugols if youre gonna do what i do.
