Methinks BOTH are absolutely correct! Re: Hi/low use of iodine and FBD...for Jcrow

...to the unitiated/unknowledgeable in the world of natural healing (well, the world period, for the most part), starting a protocol like Iodine that gave them major bromine detox symtpoms within a few days and made them feel like crap, would end up being, "I started Iodine and my body HATED it; I'm supposed to listen to my body, and that's what my body told me quite clearly". This would especially be true of people that have NO knowledge of even the concept of Herx'ing.

..to the unitiated/unknowledgeable AND weak-minded among us, warning them of symptoms sometimes is the CAUSE of the symptoms happening.

Somewhere there's a middle ground for those of us doing the 'recommending', but I'm not sure where it is.

The "right" solution? That EVERY human utilize the brain they've been given and research and learn for themSELVES. But in the world of vast mind-control coupled with decades of fluoridation and a body full of toxins, it's very unusual to find someone with the will, strength or self-possession to find & see the 'light', unless they are very interested, very sick AND someone gives them some guidance until the light is shining where they can see it...at the end of the tunnel.

I agree, discourse such as this thread SHOULD be the backbone of a support forum!!

Y'all Rock...Rock ON!
