roooth...You're not going to believe it...you mentioned brown rice...and Owen
got us on brown rice way back there...so the first 3 or 4 days on the diet...we
went ahead and had just a little brown rice with each meal to keep our blood sugar
level. Brown rice is WONDERFUL..when I was researching before we started this
diet...I found that brown rice doesn't make you gain fat...but it helps to build
muscle...and working around our little retirement farm we've built...I need all
the muscle I can get. :-)
And christybelle...you mentioned having cookies or something and 'blowing it'. I
haven't seen Richard Simmons in years...but when I was young, I used to watch him
some...and he'd say...if you slip and eat a twinkie...just move on and forget it...
because if you keep dwelling on falling off the wagon...you'll end up eating MORE
twinkies. :-)
