Hi. I am on day 5 of my latest diet. Thought I would write and we could give one another some encouragement. yesterday i did very well, just like days 1-3, except in the evening i had a small slice of cherry pie and 3 cookies. that won;t kill me but i prefer to stay off of suger as much as possible and keep my caloris intake around 1200. if i walk 4-5 times per week 20 minutes each time i lose much faster feel better and look healthy. hair nails included. derink lots of water. i am 55 and have gained 30-40 pouinds extra 2 times in my life. once in my 20s once in my 40's and now at 55. i an 5'5 and weigh 165 today. i generally weigh 125 to 130, which is a perfect healty and looks weight for me. Neck and spine problems caused me to stop walking get depressed and eat comfort foods all three times. i tink i have the right medication this time and can move ahead now wth new confidence courage and energy. if you are interested in a health buddy let me know!
