That's really awesome - you're eating so healthy! That's pretty close to ideal, I think - lots of veggies with some meat & fruit. I find that veggies alone don't keep me full long if I was very hungry but with something like curried veggies, I can add brown rice to get the full feeling I was used to when eating more breads. I'm glad to hear that you keep as active as you do. I go to the gym and I enjoy keeping active... but it is partly a chore b/c I have a desk job and I have school part time so that's most of my time sitting. I wish active jobs paid better but they usually don't! :0)
It's cute that you and your husband have been on so many diets; my hubby and I just *talk* about it although we've been eating better lately, I think. It helps that I'm so determined b/c I'm not tempting him with bad foods that I'm eating. Anyway, thank you for sharing. =)
