I don't know what is wrong but I think you should get this checked, perhaps you have a bigger stone that is lodged or something. I have not done this cleanse but I know what you are talking about. I have had the same thing since I had a major reaction to a drug called Lupron and it effected my major organs including my heart. Since then I have had pain in the same location and a feeling like I need to burp. I suggest you get checked.
