I have had this feeling after a flush like something is caught. Yes, like swallowing a rock....I tried something the day after a flush two times ago that works to move the rest of it down if it is stuck. I take 3 magnesium citrate tablets when I feel like that after a flush. Get it at the health food store. It releives it in a few hours and then more bowel movements come. I hope you didn't skip the last doses of Epsom Salts !
