Accutane, Acne, and My Story HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

My story is this:

I never really had anything wrong with my skin until I hit my 20's. After 21, and me going thru much stress, I started getting Acne that eventually grew into cystic nodules. It was very painful and very disgusting. It started to scar my face badly. Just around my cheeks and my jaw line. That is where the scarring is now. The dr's had me on everything you could imagine. I was on penicillin medications, tetracyclines, face creams, nothing would help for long. Finally, in desperation I decided to take Accutane. I was so scared to take it due to all of the media hype about suicide, birth defects, and all of this other stuff. I was so sick of being ashamed of my face that I decided to take the plunge and try it out. My dr told me there was nothing to worry about. Now it is 4 months later. My face doesn't have cysts anymore. The scarring is still there and I still get a blemish or two. The treatment was suppose to be for 6 months, 40mg a day. A lot of the days I only took 20mg. I just recently stopped taking it when I started reading this web site. I never did a cleanse. I am sure that has to be the issue. I have gained so much weight since I have been taking accutane, I have no energy. I am falling apart. I am 23, and it feels like I am 63 most days. I am into body building, basketball, the outdoors and I can't seem to get back into any of it for long. I am now considered obese at 270lbs 5ft9. I do have lots of muscle, but I can't believe how much weight I have gained, and I am very afraid that the cysts will come back. I am also afraid about the scarring. My cheeks are reddish and have tiny holes in them. WHAT CAN I DO? I really wanna do the parasite cleanse, then the liver/kidney and bowel cleanse. I dunno which one to do. I was thinking Dr Huda's. I am so confused! Can someone help me please? I want these scars to go away and I desperately need to get my body working again, the right way. Thank you.
