I am not sure what to do about Vit E caps - I dont think I have ever seen them in any other form than those solid gelatin caps. There are three others I take each day which are in hard gelatin caps - Im gonna try to dump it in liquig. One is a multi Vit which has Vit B complex in it - I hope it wont make my stomach upset.
