the bowel benefits have been immediate and ongoing. the only thing the iodoral may have had anything to do with so far is the bromide shedding. i am wondering if maybe my guts have been full of them and the iodoral helped to loosen them. all i know is that the gi tract is hard to heal without fasting. that is coming up.
