Hey Trapper, thanks for sharing your story. Just today I decided to try Lugol's again, after having problems before with it. I took 60mg in a very large glass of water. That is 10mg more than when I left off last time with Lugols. I was shocked that I did not have any signs of detox at all. Not even sneezing! I always sneeze when I switch between the different types of iodines. Perhaps I have made a break through also and can now continue expelling bad halogens. refreshed.
