I think it's a joke but some may find it useful and actually really find someone on there. There are thousands of stories of people who met on the net and just started out writing emails back and forth and things went from there. But usually you have to speak the same language as the other and actually write them back or say something to convey feelings of some sort. Otherwise the person assumes....
