No one said it was fool-ish proof
But each time one finds something that raises the vibration
like your hugs, then one is on the way
to another realization
Funny I don't question anymore at all
I just see there is a lack of the traditional idea of perfection
and the perfection of imperfection

Acceptance that there will be questions and doubts until one workds on it long enough to have belief. Maybe not this time around?!

There is another technique, when I am spinning in the mind and have gotten out of the feeling vessel- the body- I conciously pull the flow back down to the uterus area and anchor in the feelings within the womb. Embodiment. Grounding
