Nope, but


Malaria is a microscopic parasite that enters the host’s blood and festers in the liver. What you are describing would not apply to this parasite.

However, monkeys and apes are known to use certain types of leaves to treat parasite infestations. They curl the leaves up and swallow them whole- in order to dislodge enough parasites so that the immune has a fighting chance.
