Anti-worm idea

I was thinking about a cure for malaria, when I came up with this idea; what if you create a fine nylon net that you swallow. It would have to have a semi-ridget skeleton type structure to keep it expanded.. The worms being filamentous could easily get caught up in the net. After a few days, you would expell this thing with all the worms.
