Hi JB, thanks for sharing your story. The garlic truly stayed with me, even through today (the next day!). I obviously used too much (just 2 cloves, but I guess that's a LOT! I'm new to raw foods, so I'm still learning!!!).
I was wondering, if the gall bladder contracts forcefully due to the olive oil, why not use another source of oil, like avocadoes? Or avocadoes in olive oil? That COULD be yummy! I think I will post a seperate post about this and see what ppl have to say. Do you have any thoughts?
BTW, over the next several hours of my liver flush, I have passed about 100 more mostly small greenish stones. This makes roughly 200 total. Woo hoo! Yay! Go me!
