Raw Garlic
Hi Mikey,
Too bad you didn't know about the juice of raw garlic. I also learned the hard way. I knew that garlic was very good for you, and I really like the flavor. Well, I decided one morning to juice a clove or two of garlic and just drink in right down in a little water.
I did.
I regretted it. Bigtime!
I was on my knees, dripping wet from the sweat, hanging over the bathtub with dry heaves for about 15 minutes. After that, I was OK.
I wasn't
Liver Flushing at the time, though. The reason you felt so bad after drinking the olive oil with the garlic in it is because you had too much raw garlic at once.
You've given me a nice idea to try, though. I'm going to just cut up a couple pieces of garlic and put them in the bottle with my olive oil. Then I'll filter them out before using the oil. Maybe it won't be too strong. I'm also thinking of trying the juice of an orange or two with the olive oil, instead of lemon. Who knows? It just might work. I'm counting down to my next flush, which will be on September 19.
