Yes, I eat a lot of Sea Salt .
I eat organic, unrefined, cold pressed oils- hemp, evening primrose, flax, etc
I have done external urine therapy on my skin- no change.
I have done oil pulling.
I have put many organic essential oils on my skin. They have only irritated me.
