Apprehensive

I'm considering doing the liver cleanse. I was advised 2 years ago to have my gallbladder out, by a doctor who discovered "numerous cholesterol crystals" in the bile, during an endoscopy. Prior to that I had no pain in that area (I was their for digestive issues). Since then, I've had a lot of dull, almost constant pain. I am currently on medication for hypertension (HCTZ & Atenalol), which requires me to avoid of grapefruit. Thus, if I do this, I'll go the lemon route. Does anyone know if this regimen (or the kidney/ parasite cleanses, for that matter) will cause any adverse reaction, due to my medication? I would really like to try this, but do not want to make a bad situation worse. Thank you for any help you can offer.
