Looked it up on the conversions chart in this forum, so 1 quart is 2 pint glasses of water, so if it is 2 teaspoons per quart, that should be 1 teaspoon per 1 pint twice.

No wonder i absorbed it, i only drank 1 pint and i was feeling quite dehydrated beforehand.
