Hi,

I'm on day 3 and took a pint of Sea Salt water as directed at about half 9 this morning, i am quite concerned that it is now 12:30 and there has been no 'flush'. Additionally, i have quite a pain in my kidneys since doing this. It is possible that i need to do a kidney cleanse before i go through the MC?
