Sorry for the confusion...it should read 'half your body weight IN ounces in water daily'. As with most silly Americans, I am not sure how to convert this to a metric scale ;). However many pounds 35kg equals...that's the number of ounces of water you should drink daily (ex. a 150lb. person would drink 75oz. of water daily).

Wouldn't want you to turn into a fish!
