I am very happy to have a little savvy at this age...and it comes courtesy of seeing some dandy good sense from folks like R.G.

I totally agree with trying a little of this and a little of that. Do you find that the body 'knows' what comes next? That a wider field of experience gives more choices?

Many of your observations are the same as my own, and you offer good thoughts I haven't considered. Thank you.

Right up front it says that our well-being comes from our immune systems, which are powered by our energy fields...the envelope of energy which surrounds each of us, every living thing, I think.

I've watched this video five times (they aren't 'selling' anything); and every time I get something new from it.

Maybe it's true. And, maybe, we can feel the effects just from watching the procedure done. I certainly feel relaxed and well simply from watching.
