I don't know about that particular brand (is it a pill or capsule or tincture?), but if you make a tincture yourself, tincture containing Wormwood , Black-Walnut , cloves, cayenne, ... you can take it 2 weeks at the time, with 1 week break, and so on ...

That is very good!

That is not enough. That is nothing!

To get some results, you need to get a bottle (1/2 liter) with liquid Flaxseed oil, and you need to take 5 tbsp of oil with I cup of fresh soft cottage cheese (quark).
Oil must be fresh, order it from internet, do not take oil from health food store, it mau be too old.

If it is frozen in the healthfood store, it may be OK.

Keep oil refrigerated or frozen, always, and use it within 2 weeks after it is open!

Consume as much of oil as you feel. It is food, just like oilive oil.

Other good oils/ fats are: olive oil(vigine) and fresh coconut! Chew fresh coconut!

Liver needs good oils!

Make sure you also sonsume good salt! (Unrefined!)
