Re: Gaulbladdrer
Call your Dr. and postpone or cancel the surgery. They will try to use scare tactics to get you to come in, don't fall for it. Go to the flush section at the top of the home page and do the flushes in order. Most of the folks here follow the Dr. Clark methods (because they work brother).
I used to get awfull GB attacks from having a 4+cm stone in my GB and a smaller one with it. I did my first GB/
Liver Flush with my wife this weekend and I am currently pain free despite having eaten several foods over the last two days that should have triggered an attack.
A healthy body will right itself, but you have to get all of the junk you've been pumping into it all your life out first. Start with the bowel and
parasite cleanse (you can do those two simutaneously) and move on from there.
Again find the cleanses link at the top of the home page and click on it. Do them in order and read the forums for each one too. You will gain a great deal of information and confidence and support from others who have been through it and done it.
Remember, you didn't get this way over night so it will take a while to get back to original condition. It's a process. If you start right away, you can be flushing in three weeks or so, a month is realistic. You can get everything you need to cleanse your body out right at your local health food store or you can order online and wait for it to arrive. Either way it's not expensive at all in fact I've only spent about $50 for everything so far and that's for two people.
