Re: Combining Fruits and veggies

There are to my knowledge, no standards known that say juicing
various fruits and vegetable together can be a bad combination.
that does not mean that there are no standards, just means that
I have not heard of them. I have heard that when tests have been
performed regarding the beneficial aspects of various juiceable
items, that shocking as it was to me, fruit juices seem to show
really little benefit as a therapeutic agent.
Again, that's just what I've seen.
I'm no expert.
Greens and apple combinations
and carrot and apple combinations seem to show the most benefit
to the person biologically. Some items such as pineapple and berries
should be avoided period.
