if you're trying to grow your hair out I really noticed a difference with biotin and msm pills. there's a cancer hair diet somewhere on the internet and it has a list of supplements that supposedly double hair growth, but I was pretty satisfied with biotin and msm. I can't take them right now because I'm doing the bob beck's blood purifier, but I wish I could.
