Re: vaccinations

Suzane,

Where do you live? Unless you live in WVA or Mississippi, it is very simple and easy to claim a religious or philosophical exemption.

You do not have to be a member of a church -- if you don't vaccinate, you can honestly say that you have faith that God (a higher power, etc.) will take care of your child!) I have friends in VA and TX who have done the school exemption and who say it's a piece of cake. (Your real challenge is the doctor's office -- again, if I have another baby, I am just not going to any "well child" visits -- an oxymoron if I ever heard one -- and I won't go to pediatricans, either -- a family doctor who is older and therefore who has more experience is a better choice than a young pediatrician, despite what I initially thought on that subject!)
