I've read that also about waiting until age 2. My 18 month old is completely un-vaccinated and I have no plans for any vaccines at this point. I was considering Tetanus eventually but they don't have a single Tetanus (at least that's what the ped told me) they only have the Tetanus/Diptheria combo and I think that one is formulated for older children. So I'm up in the air right now. I agree with onthejourney; maybe Tetanus and Polio if you're going to be out of the country in areas where it is around. Are you breastfeeding? That will help protect your baby from many diseases and the longer you breastfeed the better.
