Water is soooo important to skin health and detox. It is recommended that average healthy humans need to drink 1/2 their body weight in ounces of water each day - just to be propery hydrated [That means if you weigh 160lbs you should drink 80 ounces of purified water each day - wether you're cleansing or not]. Staying hydrated is especially important during cleansing and while detoxing. Your body is continuing to detox for quite a while after you finish the Master Cleanse.
I also agree that liver flushing is a great idea for you - not just one but a series of liver flushes over several months (LF every two weeks). Be sure to search curezone for the lime/egg/olive oil flush. I haven't done it yet but have read a lot of good testimonials for skin improvements with it.
